Who is the saboteur of peoples’ reconciliation and unification?
In response to RFA Vietnamese Service’s negative attitude towards Vietnam, some young Vietnamese blogger launched a campaign to call on the US Government to shut down this news agency on April 3rd 2014. This expresses not only pressing discontent towards the spread of evils, but also a particular indicator of the comprehensive development of Vietnamese youths’ awareness and responsibility for the national pride and credit. We – editors of the People’s News would like to introduce an article has just been sent to us by Vo Khanh Linh – one of the initial bloggers.
Glancing through RFA Vietnamese Service on the occasion of April every year, people could see many headlines of the following content: has the country been truly liberated after xx years(!), not liberated yet after the “liberation day” (!)…; then our people’s struggle against America to save the nation is a “war of ideas among brothers”, “the North illegally invaded and occupied the South”; or the misery fate of the people who left, and the tragedy of the people who stayed (!); the “ARVN soldiers regret that they could not defend homeland” (!), then the people have not been the owner of the nation yet (!)… Those bizarre thoughts are often expressed in many ways that seem so objective, coming with the public “response”, but in fact, the more people read them, the more they realize that RFA Vietnamese Service’s code of conduct “to publish accurate, honest and useful news, broadcast no propaganda, provide non-sectarian service and make no heavy criticism of any governments, persons or states” is no more than a ridiculous joke!
With many articles which provide similar content in many “creative” ways of expressing, RFA has made a group of overseas Vietnamese who have distorted understandings about the nation from the past until now that leads to lack of belief in the current regime and willingness to come back to their homeland, which’s been described as a “gloomy gray painting” due to their one-way access and lack of information. Some have said that only by breaking the single-party system could the people gain independence, sovereignty and happiness (!). One-way coverage and impersonation of the bloggers’ community on the Internet in order to gain an “objective” appearance are common tricks that RFA Vietnamese Service often uses to distort the State Government of Vietnam’s policy on peoples’ unification. For example, the article “Bloggers’ view on the happenings of 1975” by Thanh Quang on April 28th 2011 is the combination of an anonymous “former ARVN soldier’s” point of view which described the nation’s image as a “chaotic, full of death, misery and humiliation” one (!) and the opinion of some bloggers who have a wide range of experience in anti-government activities, some of which is to make hostile criticism of the peoples’ unification policy as an “exploit of the thousand miles innards”, then to fraudulently change the definition of “traitors” into the “patriots”. The article ends with a statement of blogger Phan Kien Quoc: “Even while finding the way to reconciliation, we merely look for it from the “victor” so it’s very hard to reach a consensus” (!).
In order to implement its evil plans, RFA Vietnamese Service has posted not only opinion-collecting style articles like the one of Thanh Quang but also thousand times ruder than those like the series “What do the Vietnamese youth think of the past?” by correspondent Ngan Khanh on April 29th 2013. The series merely contain opinions of a few people who impersonate “the Vietnamese youth”, making a music album with the comments of Pham Van Troi – a man has been sentenced 4 year imprison under the Article 88 of the Penal Code. Troi claimed that the peoples’ unification policy is unreliable. Though branded them as the “Vietnam bloggers network”, “the Vietnamese youth”, RFA Vietnamese Service could not introduce anyone but a few old faces notorious for their evil activities on the Internet. And those people have to meet some requirements: if they are overseas Vietnamese, they must be “anti-communism extremist”, or the children of the ones who still keep the dream of the “struggle for democracy” led by the fallen “Republic of Vietnam” regime; if they are in Vietnam, they must be among the anti-state ones who have been convicted or sentenced for their violation of national security, public order or anti-state propaganda. So RFA Vietnamese Service could distort them into the “voice of community”, or the voice of “a part of society”. This is the very fraud coverage method to make up a dark picture of Vietnam after the event of April 30th 1975 in order to deepen the difference and conflict between the men served the former regime and their children with the domestic people.
Not only personating the whole community to sabotage the peoples’ reconciliation and unification policy, RFA Vietnamese Service also tries to take advantage of sensitive topics to threaten and prevent overseas Vietnamese from coming back to their Fatherland. For example when the State had the Bien Hoa Cemetery repaired to meet the needs of visitors, on April 9th 2013 RFA Vietnamese Service posted “Looking back at the April: a civil war or not?” by Kinh Hoa. This article makes false accusations that the domestic government does not desire the peoples’ reconciliation and implements discrimination policy with the deceased, and claims that it is the “indicators of the difficulties in reconciliation after the war”!
Wars have left this land for 40 years, Martyrs’ Cemetery of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers” have been built everywhere, and some are still simple due to the fact that the people and government are busy with so many plans and activities such as providing social welfare and aids to the wounded veterans, the victims of Agent Orange, the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers who sacrificed their husbands and sons for the holy struggle against invaders; and overcoming war legacy like land-mines and explosive remnants or the dioxin-contaminated land… Though facing such difficulties, the State Government has the tolerance for the sake of peoples’ reconciliation. But it’s such a pity that tolerance has been distorted by RFA Vietnamese Service for the sake of evil.
From the first coverage until now, RFA Vietnamese Service annually spends time and spaces for the interviews of the leaders of the terroristic organizations “Viet Tan”, especially “Secretary General Ly Thai Hung”. It’s the chance for “Viet Tan” to boast about its “force”, inflate its activities and make false accusations of the State Government of Vietnam… That’s why some overseas Vietnamese far away from home who don’t have the chances to get true information about their homeland still spend the money they get from hard-working contributing to organizations of devil like the terroristic “Viet Tan”.
Though many victims of “Viet Tan” among the overseas Vietnamese communities have denounced the nature and quackeries in public, and despite being aware of “Viet Tan” frauds, many people still put their belief on organizations like “Viet Tan” due to the lies that RFA Vietnamese Service tells them. Every time reading news on RFA, they would see nothing but stupid headlines like “losing all the cash at the airport” or “suddenly being departed”. The activities of RFA Vietnamese Service explain the reasons why rogue persons, criminals, lowlifes,… have been honored and sneak-peaked to be “heroes and heroines”, “the examples of patriotism”, “the democracy and human rights activists”; and how organizations like “Viet Tan” could become the money “vacuum cleaners” from the hard-working overseas Vietnamese.
For decades, the government have implemented the peoples’ reconciliation and unification policy towards a brighter future of the nation, and mobilized every resource to build and to protect the Fatherland towards “a rich people, a strong nation, and a just, democratic, and civilized society.” However, these righteous processes have been sabotaged and distorted by RFA Vietnamese Service and some international news agencies. Seven years ago, while making a judgment on RFA Vietnamese Service, a Vietnamese Australian man noted: “Because their political mission has never been objective and favorable to Vietnam and the Vietnamese peoples. Therefore, cooperating with them means cooperating with the ones who go against the rights of Vietnam”. So, RFA Vietnamese Service is the saboteur and enemy of the peoples’ reconciliation and unification, isn’t it?

Trước thái độ thiếu thiện chí của RFA tiếng Việt đối với Việt
Nam, ngày 3-4-2014, một số blogger trẻ Việt Nam đã triển khai cuộc vận
động yêu cầu Chính phủ Mỹ đóng cửa cơ quan truyền thông này. Việc làm đó
không chỉ là sự bức xúc trước sự hoành hành của cái xấu, mà sâu sắc
hơn, đó là biểu hiện cụ thể cho sự trưởng thành trong nhận thức, ý thức
trách nhiệm của thế hệ trẻ Việt Nam đối với uy tín, danh dự đất nước.
Xin giới thiệu với bạn đọc bài viết của Võ Khánh Linh - một trong các
blogger khởi xướng, vừa gửi tới Báo Nhân Dân.
Lướt qua các bài báo đăng trên RFA tiếng Việt vào dịp tháng 4
hằng năm sẽ gặp những dòng chữ đại loại như: sau xx năm, đất nước có
thực sự được giải phóng (!), chưa giải phóng sau ngày "giải phóng"
(!)... rồi cuộc kháng chiến chống Mỹ, cứu nước của nhân dân ta là "chiến
tranh ý thức hệ, huynh đệ tương tàn", "miền bắc cưỡng chiếm miền nam",
là số phận bi thương của người ra đi, số phận bất hạnh của người ở lại
(!), rồi nỗi trăn trở hối hận của "người lính Việt Nam Cộng hòa (VNCH)"
không "bảo vệ được quê hương" (!), rồi là nhân dân chưa được làm chủ đất
nước (!)... Các loại suy nghĩ quái gở này luôn được phô bày dưới nhiều
cách thức tưởng chừng rất "khách quan", kèm theo lại có cả ghi nhận
"phản ứng" của dư luận, nhưng kỳ thực, càng đọc kỹ càng thấy chủ trương
"phổ biến tin tức chính xác, trung thực và hữu ích, không tuyên truyền,
không bè phái, không đả phá một chính phủ, cá nhân hay bất kỳ quốc gia
nào" của RFA tiếng Việt rốt cuộc chỉ là một trò hề lố bịch!
Bằng những bài báo với nội dung na ná dưới nhiều cách thức phản ánh "sáng tạo" theo từng năm, RFA tiếng Việt khiến một bộ phận người Việt ở hải ngoại vì thiếu thông tin, tiếp cận một chiều, mà hiểu một cách méo mó về đất nước từ quá khứ đến hiện tại, rồi thiếu niềm tin vào chế độ hiện hành, không có ham muốn trở về quê hương với "bức tranh xám xịt". Một số người còn cho rằng chỉ có xóa bỏ chế độ "độc đảng" mới có hòa giải dân tộc, mới đem lại độc lập, chủ quyền, hạnh phúc cho nhân dân (!). Ðưa tin một chiều và tiếm danh cộng đồng blogger trên internet để có vẻ "khách quan" là chiêu trò thông dụng mà RFA tiếng Việt thường sử dụng nhằm xuyên tạc chính sách hòa hợp dân tộc của Nhà nước Việt Nam. Như ngày 28-4-2011, RFA tiếng Việt đăng bài "Biến cố 1975 dưới mắt các blogger" của Thanh Quang. Trong đó đưa ra ý kiến một cựu lính "VNCH" rất phiếm chỉ nhưng lại vẽ ra quang cảnh đất nước "hỗn loạn, chết chóc đau thương và tủi nhục" (!) kết hợp với ý kiến của mấy blogger đều có thâm niên hoạt động chống chính quyền để đả kích, dè bỉu chính sách hòa hợp dân tộc là "lợi dụng khúc ruột ngàn năm", từ đó đi đến chỗ đánh tráo tội danh biến "phản động" thành yêu nước; rồi kết luận qua câu nói của blogger Phan Kiến Quốc: "Ngay trong lúc đi tìm sự hòa hợp, chúng ta vẫn chỉ đi tìm từ phía "kẻ thắng", nên khó mà tìm ra sự đồng thuận" (!).
Ðể thực hiện ý đồ đen tối của mình, RFA tiếng Việt không chỉ đăng loại bài theo lối lượm lặt ý kiến như của Thanh Quang kể trên, thô thiển gấp bội lần là loại bài như "Giới trẻ VN nghĩ gì về quá khứ" đăng ngày 29-4-2013 của thông tín viên Nhân Khánh. Ở bài này, từ đầu đến cuối chỉ thấy ý kiến một nhóm người nào đó tiếm danh "giới trẻ Việt Nam" làm một album với bình luận của Phạm Văn Trội - người năm 2009 từng bị kết án bốn năm tù giam vì có hành vi vi phạm Ðiều 88 Bộ luật Hình sự, cho rằng với nội dung album, chính sách hòa hợp dân tộc là không đáng tin cậy! Tuy nhiên, mạo danh, tiếm danh với các nhãn hiệu như "mạng lưới blogger Việt Nam", "giới trẻ Việt Nam", nhưng quanh đi quẩn lại RFA tiếng Việt cũng chỉ đưa ra được vài ba kẻ đã nhẵn mặt trên internet qua các hoạt động đen tối. Mà mấy kẻ này bao giờ cũng phải thỏa mãn điều kiện: nếu là người ở nước ngoài thì phải là các vị "chống cộng cực đoan", hay là con cháu các vị vẫn nuôi ảo tưởng "VNCH" đang "đấu tranh vì dân chủ cho Việt Nam"; nếu là người ở trong nước thì phải là thành phần chống chính quyền, từng bị xử lý vì có hành vi xâm phạm an ninh quốc gia, gây rối trật tự công cộng, hoặc tuyên truyền chống Nhà nước CHXHCN Việt Nam. Từ đó RFA tiếng Việt phù phép biến thành "tiếng nói của cộng đồng", hoặc làm như tiếng nói của một "bộ phận xã hội". Ðây là cách đưa tin lừa đảo để dựng lên bức tranh đen tối về Việt Nam sau ngày 30-4-1975, từ đó khoét sâu mâu thuẫn giữa những người thuộc chế độ cũ cùng con cháu của họ với nhân dân trong nước.
Không chỉ mạo danh cộng đồng nhằm phá hoại chính sách hòa giải, hòa hợp dân tộc, RFA tiếng Việt còn cố gắng khai thác chủ đề nhạy cảm trong quan niệm của một số người Việt để hù dọa, ngăn chặn con đường trở về Tổ quốc của người Việt ở hải ngoại. Thí dụ việc Nhà nước cho tu bổ, chỉnh trang Nghĩa trang Biên Hòa để đáp ứng nhu cầu thăm viếng, ngày 9-4-2013, RFA tiếng Việt đăng bài "Tháng tư nhìn lại: nội chiến hay không nội chiến?" của Kính Hòa, trong đó vu cáo chính quyền trong nước không thực tâm muốn hòa hợp dân tộc, phân biệt đối xử với cả người chết và coi đó là "biểu trưng của những khó khăn cho sự hòa giải sau chiến tranh"!
Chiến tranh kết thúc đã gần 40 năm, Nghĩa trang liệt sĩ "Bộ đội Cụ Hồ" xây dựng trên khắp mọi miền đất nước, một số nơi còn đơn sơ, chưa có điều kiện chỉnh trang, vì chính quyền và nhân dân còn đang bộn bề công việc, chăm lo cho hàng triệu người đang sống là thương binh, là nạn nhân chất độc da cam, là những Bà mẹ Việt Nam Anh hùng mà vì sự an nguy của đất nước đã cống hiến những người con "đứt ruột đẻ ra"; rồi nữa là khắc phục hậu quả chiến tranh với bom mìn rải khắp đất nước, những vùng đất nhiễm đi-ô-xin,... Khó khăn như vậy, nhưng vì hòa hợp dân tộc, Nhà nước đã có sự khoan dung. Rất tiếc, chính sự khoan dung này cũng bị RFA tiếng Việt xuyên tạc để phục vụ cho mục đích xấu.
Từ khi chính thức hoạt động đến nay, hầu như năm nào RFA tiếng Việt cũng dành cho các nhân vật cầm đầu tổ chức khủng bố "Việt Tân" vài bài trả lời phỏng vấn, nhất là "Tổng bí thư Việt tân Lý Thái Hùng". Ðó là cơ hội để "Việt Tân" ba hoa về "lực lượng", thổi phồng hoạt động, vu cáo Nhà nước Việt Nam... Vì vậy dễ hiểu là tại sao một số bà con người Việt sống xa quê hương, không có điều kiện tìm hiểu, nắm bắt thông tin về đất nước lại vẫn bỏ những đồng tiền có được từ lao động vất vả để đóng góp các loại tổ chức ma giáo như tổ chức khủng bố "Việt Tân". Dù biết các loại tổ chức như vậy hoạt động bằng thủ đoạn lừa đảo, dù nhiều nạn nhân của "Việt Tân" trong cộng đồng người Mỹ gốc Việt từng đứng ra chỉ rõ bản chất và thủ đoạn của tổ chức phản động này, nhưng một số người vẫn tin theo; vì họ bị mê hoặc bởi mấy cơ quan truyền thông như RFA tiếng Việt, vì mỗi khi đọc bài trên trang mạng của đài này, họ lại gặp loại tin tức không bị "lột sạch tiền ở sân bay" thì cũng bị "tống tiễn bất thình lình" (!). Từ các hoạt động của RFA tiếng Việt, có thể lý giải tại sao các thành phần bất hảo, tội phạm hình sự, kém văn hóa,... lại được tôn vinh, đánh bóng như "anh hùng, liệt nữ", được dựng lên thành "hình mẫu yêu nước", "nhà đấu tranh dân chủ, nhân quyền"; và tại sao các tổ chức như "Việt Tân" có thể trở thành "cái túi" hút những đồng tiền làm ra từ mồ hôi nước mắt của bà con người Việt sinh sống ở hải ngoại.
Mấy chục năm qua, chúng ta thực hiện chính sách hòa giải, hòa hợp dân tộc, đoàn kết vì tương lai đất nước, huy động mọi nguồn lực để xây dựng và bảo vệ Tổ quốc, phấn đấu vì mục tiêu "dân giàu, nước mạnh, dân chủ, công bằng, văn minh". Song RFA tiếng Việt và một số cơ quan truyền thông nước ngoài lại cố tình xuyên tạc, cản trở sự nghiệp chân chính đó. Cách nay bảy năm, đánh giá về RFA tiếng Việt, một người Việt ở Australia đã khẳng định: "Vì sứ mệnh chính trị của họ - chưa bao giờ khách quan, chưa bao giờ có thiện chí với Việt Nam và dân tộc Việt Nam. Do đó, cộng tác với họ cũng đồng nghĩa với việc hợp tác với những người chống lại quyền lợi của Việt Nam". Phải chăng RFA tiếng Việt chính là kẻ thù của hòa giải, hòa hợp dân tộc?

Bằng những bài báo với nội dung na ná dưới nhiều cách thức phản ánh "sáng tạo" theo từng năm, RFA tiếng Việt khiến một bộ phận người Việt ở hải ngoại vì thiếu thông tin, tiếp cận một chiều, mà hiểu một cách méo mó về đất nước từ quá khứ đến hiện tại, rồi thiếu niềm tin vào chế độ hiện hành, không có ham muốn trở về quê hương với "bức tranh xám xịt". Một số người còn cho rằng chỉ có xóa bỏ chế độ "độc đảng" mới có hòa giải dân tộc, mới đem lại độc lập, chủ quyền, hạnh phúc cho nhân dân (!). Ðưa tin một chiều và tiếm danh cộng đồng blogger trên internet để có vẻ "khách quan" là chiêu trò thông dụng mà RFA tiếng Việt thường sử dụng nhằm xuyên tạc chính sách hòa hợp dân tộc của Nhà nước Việt Nam. Như ngày 28-4-2011, RFA tiếng Việt đăng bài "Biến cố 1975 dưới mắt các blogger" của Thanh Quang. Trong đó đưa ra ý kiến một cựu lính "VNCH" rất phiếm chỉ nhưng lại vẽ ra quang cảnh đất nước "hỗn loạn, chết chóc đau thương và tủi nhục" (!) kết hợp với ý kiến của mấy blogger đều có thâm niên hoạt động chống chính quyền để đả kích, dè bỉu chính sách hòa hợp dân tộc là "lợi dụng khúc ruột ngàn năm", từ đó đi đến chỗ đánh tráo tội danh biến "phản động" thành yêu nước; rồi kết luận qua câu nói của blogger Phan Kiến Quốc: "Ngay trong lúc đi tìm sự hòa hợp, chúng ta vẫn chỉ đi tìm từ phía "kẻ thắng", nên khó mà tìm ra sự đồng thuận" (!).
Ðể thực hiện ý đồ đen tối của mình, RFA tiếng Việt không chỉ đăng loại bài theo lối lượm lặt ý kiến như của Thanh Quang kể trên, thô thiển gấp bội lần là loại bài như "Giới trẻ VN nghĩ gì về quá khứ" đăng ngày 29-4-2013 của thông tín viên Nhân Khánh. Ở bài này, từ đầu đến cuối chỉ thấy ý kiến một nhóm người nào đó tiếm danh "giới trẻ Việt Nam" làm một album với bình luận của Phạm Văn Trội - người năm 2009 từng bị kết án bốn năm tù giam vì có hành vi vi phạm Ðiều 88 Bộ luật Hình sự, cho rằng với nội dung album, chính sách hòa hợp dân tộc là không đáng tin cậy! Tuy nhiên, mạo danh, tiếm danh với các nhãn hiệu như "mạng lưới blogger Việt Nam", "giới trẻ Việt Nam", nhưng quanh đi quẩn lại RFA tiếng Việt cũng chỉ đưa ra được vài ba kẻ đã nhẵn mặt trên internet qua các hoạt động đen tối. Mà mấy kẻ này bao giờ cũng phải thỏa mãn điều kiện: nếu là người ở nước ngoài thì phải là các vị "chống cộng cực đoan", hay là con cháu các vị vẫn nuôi ảo tưởng "VNCH" đang "đấu tranh vì dân chủ cho Việt Nam"; nếu là người ở trong nước thì phải là thành phần chống chính quyền, từng bị xử lý vì có hành vi xâm phạm an ninh quốc gia, gây rối trật tự công cộng, hoặc tuyên truyền chống Nhà nước CHXHCN Việt Nam. Từ đó RFA tiếng Việt phù phép biến thành "tiếng nói của cộng đồng", hoặc làm như tiếng nói của một "bộ phận xã hội". Ðây là cách đưa tin lừa đảo để dựng lên bức tranh đen tối về Việt Nam sau ngày 30-4-1975, từ đó khoét sâu mâu thuẫn giữa những người thuộc chế độ cũ cùng con cháu của họ với nhân dân trong nước.
Không chỉ mạo danh cộng đồng nhằm phá hoại chính sách hòa giải, hòa hợp dân tộc, RFA tiếng Việt còn cố gắng khai thác chủ đề nhạy cảm trong quan niệm của một số người Việt để hù dọa, ngăn chặn con đường trở về Tổ quốc của người Việt ở hải ngoại. Thí dụ việc Nhà nước cho tu bổ, chỉnh trang Nghĩa trang Biên Hòa để đáp ứng nhu cầu thăm viếng, ngày 9-4-2013, RFA tiếng Việt đăng bài "Tháng tư nhìn lại: nội chiến hay không nội chiến?" của Kính Hòa, trong đó vu cáo chính quyền trong nước không thực tâm muốn hòa hợp dân tộc, phân biệt đối xử với cả người chết và coi đó là "biểu trưng của những khó khăn cho sự hòa giải sau chiến tranh"!
Chiến tranh kết thúc đã gần 40 năm, Nghĩa trang liệt sĩ "Bộ đội Cụ Hồ" xây dựng trên khắp mọi miền đất nước, một số nơi còn đơn sơ, chưa có điều kiện chỉnh trang, vì chính quyền và nhân dân còn đang bộn bề công việc, chăm lo cho hàng triệu người đang sống là thương binh, là nạn nhân chất độc da cam, là những Bà mẹ Việt Nam Anh hùng mà vì sự an nguy của đất nước đã cống hiến những người con "đứt ruột đẻ ra"; rồi nữa là khắc phục hậu quả chiến tranh với bom mìn rải khắp đất nước, những vùng đất nhiễm đi-ô-xin,... Khó khăn như vậy, nhưng vì hòa hợp dân tộc, Nhà nước đã có sự khoan dung. Rất tiếc, chính sự khoan dung này cũng bị RFA tiếng Việt xuyên tạc để phục vụ cho mục đích xấu.
Từ khi chính thức hoạt động đến nay, hầu như năm nào RFA tiếng Việt cũng dành cho các nhân vật cầm đầu tổ chức khủng bố "Việt Tân" vài bài trả lời phỏng vấn, nhất là "Tổng bí thư Việt tân Lý Thái Hùng". Ðó là cơ hội để "Việt Tân" ba hoa về "lực lượng", thổi phồng hoạt động, vu cáo Nhà nước Việt Nam... Vì vậy dễ hiểu là tại sao một số bà con người Việt sống xa quê hương, không có điều kiện tìm hiểu, nắm bắt thông tin về đất nước lại vẫn bỏ những đồng tiền có được từ lao động vất vả để đóng góp các loại tổ chức ma giáo như tổ chức khủng bố "Việt Tân". Dù biết các loại tổ chức như vậy hoạt động bằng thủ đoạn lừa đảo, dù nhiều nạn nhân của "Việt Tân" trong cộng đồng người Mỹ gốc Việt từng đứng ra chỉ rõ bản chất và thủ đoạn của tổ chức phản động này, nhưng một số người vẫn tin theo; vì họ bị mê hoặc bởi mấy cơ quan truyền thông như RFA tiếng Việt, vì mỗi khi đọc bài trên trang mạng của đài này, họ lại gặp loại tin tức không bị "lột sạch tiền ở sân bay" thì cũng bị "tống tiễn bất thình lình" (!). Từ các hoạt động của RFA tiếng Việt, có thể lý giải tại sao các thành phần bất hảo, tội phạm hình sự, kém văn hóa,... lại được tôn vinh, đánh bóng như "anh hùng, liệt nữ", được dựng lên thành "hình mẫu yêu nước", "nhà đấu tranh dân chủ, nhân quyền"; và tại sao các tổ chức như "Việt Tân" có thể trở thành "cái túi" hút những đồng tiền làm ra từ mồ hôi nước mắt của bà con người Việt sinh sống ở hải ngoại.
Mấy chục năm qua, chúng ta thực hiện chính sách hòa giải, hòa hợp dân tộc, đoàn kết vì tương lai đất nước, huy động mọi nguồn lực để xây dựng và bảo vệ Tổ quốc, phấn đấu vì mục tiêu "dân giàu, nước mạnh, dân chủ, công bằng, văn minh". Song RFA tiếng Việt và một số cơ quan truyền thông nước ngoài lại cố tình xuyên tạc, cản trở sự nghiệp chân chính đó. Cách nay bảy năm, đánh giá về RFA tiếng Việt, một người Việt ở Australia đã khẳng định: "Vì sứ mệnh chính trị của họ - chưa bao giờ khách quan, chưa bao giờ có thiện chí với Việt Nam và dân tộc Việt Nam. Do đó, cộng tác với họ cũng đồng nghĩa với việc hợp tác với những người chống lại quyền lợi của Việt Nam". Phải chăng RFA tiếng Việt chính là kẻ thù của hòa giải, hòa hợp dân tộc?
